Growing up here, building a healthy financial portfolio wasn't something anyone taught me. Real estate is where I learned to invest hard-earned money wisely, and teaching that, openly and honestly, became the whole point of my work.
Today I guide homebuyers and realtor partners through the financing side of real estate from open to close, with the communication and transparency I'd want for my own family. Outside of business I'm a dog mom to a French bulldog named Luna, and happiest outside, around good people.

How do I know how much home I can afford?
That's exactly what a pre-approval answers. We look at your income, savings, and goals together, and you walk away knowing your real number, not an internet estimate. It's free, and it makes your offers dramatically stronger.
When should I talk to a lender: before or after finding a house?
Before, every time. Sellers take offers with a pre-approval letter seriously. And if we find something to improve on your credit or savings first, you'll want that runway. Call me even if buying feels a year away; that call costs nothing.
What if my credit isn't perfect?
Then you're normal. There are more paths to a mortgage than most people think, and my job is finding yours. Growing up, nobody taught me about building credit either. It's why I lead with education, never judgment.
What does it mean that you're a broker?
It means I'm not locked into one bank's menu. I shop multiple lenders and loan programs on your behalf and bring you the best fit. One application, many options competing for you.
Do you only work in San Diego?
